Yeah I remember it well. I googled her and she was born in 1958 - that makes her like old!!! WOW!
Oh and if you google her name with the spelling of 'Miles' you get a compLETELY different type of performer....

This is it, as I have always feared, it's beginning... People on TV when I was young (well, she was doing well with this song in 1990 which would make me 17 at the time) are now approaching their fifties. I'll be getting like my parents soon, seeing childhood favourites back on TV, old and about to shuffle off the mortal coil.

yeah according to wikipedia which is as believable as about anything you read on the net.
She's canadian and has just started touring over there again, so it seems you're right; soon she'll appear on your tv and you'll feel old :)
