For that reason, and meaning no disrespect, it's a day to keep light. The world has changed, but we keep on walking. Anyway, where was I? Oh yes, lack of seriousness. In a group e-mail, my old school friend Julian has wondered aloud where we get the time to write these blogs. Never fear. I'm printing lots of stuff out at the moment, and this is all my office PC can cope with while it struggles with my introduction(!)
Still, for the rest of you, who is this Julian Bond? Here is a picture of him at a Kung Fu demonstration. Yes, unlike the rest of us, he actually exercises. He's the bloke at the back on the right. Don't fear for him though. Instead, fear for the bloke at the front. He may look like he's doing ok, but look at his female assailant. Her hands are a blur. Always a *bad* sign.

Not only are her Hand's blurred but the stick she is holding is "very blurred". Make' Jules' attempts seem rather stayed!
